What is the Secret Society of Childfree Latinas, exactly?
No. If you’re still figuring it out, you’re welcome here. There’s no pressure to have every answer or share anything you’re not ready to share.
Do I have to already be 100% sure I don't want kids to join?
The Society is built around the childfree Latina experience. Partners and close loved ones may join, and women still exploring are welcome—but the conversations and programming stay centered on childfree Latinas.
Who is the society for?
The Claim Your Life mini-course helps you clarify what you want, work through outside expectations, and take small steps toward a life that feels like yours. You’ll also find a weekly Social Club, a monthly Mind, Body & Soul challenge, and guest trainings on topics like boundaries, wellbeing, and money. Start with Foundation lessons and a practical toolkit. Guest speakers will be announced as they’re confirmed.
Whats included?
No. Choose your own focus, follow along with Karen’s, or simply come for the community. There’s no falling behind.
Do I have to do the monthly challenge?
The Society is community and educational support, not therapy or medical care. Individual coaching is separate and optional; it isn’t included in the membership.

Founding membership is $297 every three months. The first 25 paid founding members keep this rate while their membership remains continuously active. The 25 spots limit the founding rate—not the size of the community.

Meet the founder
First-gen Latina. Childfree by choice. Nurse practitioner. Life coach. Cat mom. Favorite Tía. I contain multitudes—and at least one camera roll full of cat photos.
For a long time, I thought I was the odd one out because my life didn’t match the script. Then I realized I wasn’t the only one; we just needed a room where no one had to start with a disclaimer.
So I built The Society: a place for real talk, practical tools, a little laughter, and women who get it without the ten-minute backstory. Pull up a chair. You belong here.
