Both paths address your WHOLE life. Both paths include EFT, Reiki, nervous system regulation, lifestyle medicine, and holistic modalities. The only difference is the format and timeline.

How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy focuses on processing emotions and past trauma. Coaching focuses on present-day transformation and building the life you want.
In therapy, you talk about what happened and why you feel the way you do. In coaching, we work on what you’re dealing with right now and give you tools to change it.
Here’s what I do that therapy doesn’t:
- EFT tapping for nervous system regulation
- Reiki and energy healing
- Sleep optimization protocols
- Nutrition and lifestyle medicine
- Career and life strategy
- Boundary-setting and people-pleasing patterns
I’m not replacing therapy. I’m addressing the pieces therapy doesn’t have time for—the whole-person transformation.
What if I'm already working with a therapist or taking medication?
Perfect. Keep them. This coaching complements what you’re already doing—we’re not replacing your therapist or prescriber, we’re adding the whole-person transformation piece they don’t have time for.
Many clients work with therapists and take medication while doing this intensive. They all support each other.
WHICH SHOULD I CHOOSE—12-WEEK GROUP OR 6-MONTH 1:1?
Choose the 12-week group if:
- You want community support and connection with other women
- You’re ready for focused, intensive transformation in 12 weeks
- $2,500 is more accessible than $7,995
- You thrive in group settings
Choose the 6-month 1:1 if:
- You want fully personalized, customized protocols
- You prefer deep 1:1 attention (no group)
- You need more time to transform (6 months vs 12 weeks)
- You want priority access between sessions
Both paths address your whole life. Both include the same modalities. The only difference is format, timeline, and level of personalization.

What if I don't know what I need to work on?
That’s totally normal. Most people come in saying “I’m burnt out” or “I can’t sleep” but don’t know the root cause.
That’s my job.
In our discovery call and first session, we’ll figure out what’s actually going on. Where did this start? What have you tried? What’s working, what’s not?
Then we build your plan together. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we start—that’s what I’m here for.
WHAT HAPPENS BETWEEN OUR SESSIONS?
For 12-Week Group:
- Private community access 24/7
- Messaging access (24-48 hour response)
- You practice the tools (EFT, breathwork, protocols)
- Weekly calls to stay on track
For 6-Month 1:1:
- Priority messaging access (24-48 hour response)
- You practice your personalized protocols
- Two sessions per month for deep work
This isn’t passive. You’re actively transforming between sessions.
WHAT IF I'M TOO BUSY/EXHAUSTED TO DO THE WORK?
Then you’re not ready yet. And that’s okay.
Real transformation requires 10-15 minutes a day to practice the tools. If you’re so burnt out that you can’t commit that, let’s talk about stabilizing first (therapy, medication, sleep support) before coaching.
I’m not here to add more to your plate when you’re drowning. But I’m also not here to do the work for you while you stay the same.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THIS WILL ACTUALLY WORK FOR ME?
Honest answer? You don’t. Not for sure.

- You show up for sessions
- You practice the tools between sessions
