Nope. If you've ever whispered "I'm so tired" to yourself between work meetings and grocery runs, you're welcome here. This isn't therapy, it's subconscious and energy work, real tools, and real results.
Do I need to have a diagnosed condition or be “really struggling” to join?
Only if you want it to be. Some of my tools are spiritual, some are science-backed, and most are both. I’m a nurse practitioner and a Reiki Master, so expect grounded practices, gentle guidance, and zero eye-roll energy.
Is this all super woo-woo?
Nope, and I won't pretend to be. While I'm a board-certified nurse practitioner, this work is not medical care or a replacement for therapy. I'm here for the energy work and subconscious tools, not diagnosing or treating anything.
That said, I love when clients are also working with a therapist or provider. I’m happy to collaborate (with your consent) to help you feel supported from all sides.
